We’ll schedule regular check-ins at intervals appropriate to your condition, gradually spacing them out as your health stabilizes—eventually transitioning to annual visits for maintenance. Alongside treatment, my goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to care for your own health long term, creating lasting wellness through education and collaboration.
